My name is Jeffrey Worth, Owner and Primary Operator.

I have been in the Roof Cleaning, Exterior Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Pressure Cleaning and Paver Sealing industry since 1998.

I worked for one of the largest Roof Cleaning companies in the Southeast U.S. I was the Senior Technician for that Roof Cleaning company and performed over 6,000 residential Roof Cleanings of every shape and size from 860 sq ft to 25,000+ sq ft and bigger. I have also cleaned and supervised approximately 500 commercial roof cleaning and exterior cleaning projects including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Doak Campbell Stadium, the Citrus Bowl, Orlando International Airport hangers, Hospitals, many shopping plazas, many apartment complexes, warehouses, Government buildings and 10+ story structures throughout Orlando Florida and as far as Georgia & Alabama just to mention a few, so my expertise is very vast and my work ethic shows in everything that I have cleaned.

So I started "TROPICAL" Roof & Exterior Cleaning Systems, LLC. Formerly Jade Cleaning Systems, Inc. My philosophy in this business is to keep it simple as possible and keep it clean, neat and uniform.

Roof Cleaning, Exterior Cleaning, Pressure Cleaning and Paver Sealing has been my profession since 1998 and Roof Cleaning in Orlando has been good to me. I have cleaned so many homes and business’ and met so many great people over the years whether they are competitors in the Roof Cleaning business or customers I have grown to become good friends with over the years. I have taught other companies the correct way about roof cleaning simply because it was the right thing to do. I am a small business owner and have a family to support and give them THE AMERICAN DREAM so I want to make sure that every roof cleaning and pressure washing job is done right so that you will be my customer and friend for years to come.

I am Highly Experienced I am Licensed, Fully Insured and Florida Workers Comp compliant. I am clean cut, professional with a very efficient set up and a great attitude and personality. I have very well maintained late model equipment. I also keep my overhead as low as possible so I can extend reasonable roof cleaning and pressure washing prices to you.
